  3. TKgetFile puts up a standard open file (SFPGetFile) dialog box.  You may control which files appear in the window by passing the file type to the XFCN.  You may also use your own prompt.

  5. TKgetFile returns the full pathname of any file selected.

  7. This XFCN is PUBLIC and may be freely used.
